£150.00 all day and £75 for a half day. £15 per hour if a shorter time required (boardroom layout up to 12 people, lecture layout up to 20 people)

Use of Rooms & Conduct of Clients
The consulting room is to be used in a professional manner. We must ask each occupant to take personal responsibility for the safety and behaviour of their clients generally and in the common parts in particular, to ensure that we are all good neighbours to each other when working. Pets are not allowed in the building.
Please use the engaged/vacant notice on your door. When leaving the building please check the other doors and if the building is empty lock the front door with the mortice lock as well as the automatic lock.
A set of keys will be provided for your use for a £10.00 returnable deposit. If these are mislaid you must let me know immediately. In the event that the security of the premises has been compromised, this may require replacement of the locks for which you would also be liable. Please do not under any circumstances put the address on any key ring or fob.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Brighton consulting rooms management will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the rooms (the rooms and common parts will be cleaned weekly), and for the provision of clean towels, tissues, lavatory paper and cleaning materials.
It is a condition of the use of the rooms that they are left clean and tidy at the end of each session, and in the state in which you would expect to find them: This is a courtesy both to our colleagues and to our clients.
Should you have cause to complain about the condition in which you find the room at any time, please bring this to our attention.
Breakages and indelible marks should be reported immediately.
Notice of cancellation
4 working days notice of cancellation is required for the consulting rooms otherwise you will be charged.
We reserve the right to charge a fee for the training room if cancelled at short notice.
