I like to dance; actually and metaphorically. We work out how to dance with each other, with your simplicity and your complexity.

In other words; tell me how you are, I'll help you to find the language. Tell me how you'd like to be. Together we'll collected the pieces and build. My original training was as an integrative counsellor, since then I've studied integral theory, trauma, groupwork (working with emergent fields - i know sounds fancy), I've also raised kids, lived life.

I bring all of this to relating with you in a way which helps to support your journey to wholeness; reclaiming what has been lost / stollen / cut off along the way.
