What information do we collect about you?
The only information we collect about you is that given by you at registration and at a later date if needed, for example a change of address.
If you choose to you are also able to put information on the website as a practitioner working at BCR.
The use of information
The management of the rooms will, in addition to invoicing, include sending regular information emails regarding the room usage and possible referrals for therapy to you as a private practitioner. If a referral is made, this will only be with your agreement and your name and contact details will be sent to the referee for them to contact you directly. BCR only acts as a referral point and does not hold any clinical responsibility for the referral.
Right to have data corrected or erased
Individuals have the right to have their data corrected or erased. Reasonable requests are free of charge and will be met within a month.
How long is data kept for?
Your data will be kept for as long as you continue to use the rooms. On termination of your contract with BCR, your data will be erased within one month following the settlement of all outstanding invoices.
