John Creigan
I am a qualified humanistic counsellor and BACP member, offering a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is rooted in the belief that connection and trust are essential for meaningful change. I don’t analyse or direct - I meet you where you are, working alongside you to make sense of whatever you’re facing.
I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, as well as a deep understanding of the feelings of being lost, unmotivated, or uncertain about the future. My work is relational and collaborative, meaning we explore together, rather than following a rigid structure. Some clients come with specific concerns, while others simply feel something isn’t right and don’t know where to begin - that’s okay. There’s no expectation, just a space for reflection and discovery.
If you’re considering counselling but unsure where to start, I welcome any questions - reaching out is the first step.
