Clea Alber
I offer CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) to adults with stress, anxiety (including panic and agoraphobia, social anxiety, OCD and health anxiety and PTSD), or problems related to mood, substance use and eating, low self-esteem and difficulties arising from traumatic experiences or related to physical health problems.
As a CBT Therapist I will help you to not only understand your difficulties, but also to actively work towards making changes, using evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a warm and non-judgmental relationship.
If helpful, I will also integrate elements from different therapeutic approaches such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) or Compassion-focused Therapy in my work.
CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) is structured and goal focussed and typically lasts between ten and twenty sessions.
Please see my website including my Blog page for further information.
