I am an independent consultant clinical psychologist and systemic psychotherapist with over twenty years experience working in the mental health field. I offer a friendly, flexible and holistic approach, providing a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual's or family's needs.

After an initial consultation, depending on the nature of the presenting difficulty, I use an integrative approach incorporating a range of evidenced-based psychological models including psychodynamic, systemic psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour and play therapy.

The foundation of my therapeutic approach relies on establishing a trusting relationship within the therapeutic encounter, creating a safe space for personal change.

I work with children, adolescents, parents, families and adults, with a range of complex psychological difficulties and disorders. I also provide consultation to professionals in education, social care and the voluntary sector
