Dr Helen Startup is an NHS Consultant Clinical Psychologist accredited as a CBT therapist and advanced level schema therapist.
She offers psychological assessment and treatment and can offer shorter term (CBT) or longer term (schema therapy). She works with individuals, couples or family groups.
