Georgie is a Life, Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and the UK College of Personal Development, also a Supervisor in Mental Health First Aid for adults and adolescents. She also has a Level 2 in counselling skills and has expertise in coaching those with anxiety.

Georgie is a qualified life, wellbeing and mental health coach with a Level 2 in counselling skills. She has a wealth of experience coaching people from teenage years and beyond. With the mix of talking therapies and coaching it is a very successful form of therapy.

Georgie has coached a range of clients including sports professionals, musicians, CEOs of global firms, teachers and more. Also people with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, recovering from illness, people experiencing grief, women going through the menopause, new parents,  home educated teenagers, people with relationship issues, families - those wanting to improve their mental health, wellbeing and life.

The coaching therapy is primarily based on developing a clear understanding of the client’s situation, their personal needs, and their challenges and hopes for the future.
